I had three crops of butterflies this year. The parsley is coming back. I wonder where the caterpillars go when the change calls them?

I have a butterfly farm. Course it is at the sacrifice of my parsley. These are the caterpillar of the Black Swallowtail Butterfly. I had to purchase some parsley to supplement their diet. My poor plant was decimated and it was Jenny Craig for the caterpillars.
